Bubbling up from the black void of beyond, DENMAN has come to haunt
your nightmares with bleak visions of parties from the thunderdome.
Starting out in the DIY punk/metal scene (where he still resides, mind
you), DENMAN also began to delve further and further into the folds of
electronic music. Spending many moonlit nights as a blogger (who’s
work was on his own, at the time, blog, Aural-Suppository, as well as
other places such as AON, TGRI and BYT) and an amateur video blogger
(who used a flipvid to flood a vimeo account that fed the pages of
everyone from the Washington City Paper, up to places such as Brooklyn
Vegan, Mishka, Vice, Roadrunner Records, and an endless ream of more

Black Cat’s decks, at the behest of Steve EP, for their several year’s
successful run of punk night, No Control! It was only natural after
that to merge part one to part two, and these days he can be found
DJing all of the progress bass music can muster, throughout the DC
area. Also, as an oddly known fact, he co-spins DC’s only cold wave
night, No Love Lost, with Fan Death Records’ own Sean Gray, which
actually is a nationally recognized evening. Still blogging all along
the way (now for places such as mega-awesome LA webzine, Cvlt Nation),
DENMAN can also be found spitting blood into a mic for
Lions&Tigers&Whales, and being second in command for DC based DIY
label, Cricket Cemetery. (For the ultimate head-smacking moment, he is
also sober and vegan, so ponder that…)

When DENMAN isn’t slaying on the H.O.R. he runs his own blog that also has an unruly cast of characters called Error Vizion.
